For most bookings, no. We provide the project materials and tools. If you are hoping to decorate a specific personal item, contact us first so we can confirm whether it will work with the materials.

Walk-ins may be possible when staff, seating, and project stock are available, but they are not guaranteed. Booking ahead is the safest choice.

Regular Decoden and Jewelry Bar bookings are 1.5 hours. Private events and at-home parties are planned separately based on the group and setup.

Start with the booking page or the how-it-works guide. Phone cases are the classic decoden project, smaller accessories are great first projects, and the Jewelry Bar is best if you want a wearable charm piece.

Standard chains are included in the base package. Premium chains are +$5, premium charms inside your package are +$3 each, and extra charms beyond your package are $5 standard or $8 premium.

You can take your piece home the same day, but cream glue takes about 3-5 days to fully dry and cure. We box it up so it can travel home gently.

Yes, the experience is beginner friendly. Younger guests may need an adult present or nearby depending on the booking and group setup.
