We typically host private events for 6 or more guests, but smaller groups may still be possible at an adjusted rental rate. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll see what we can work out!
We require at least 14 days advance notice to properly prepare for your event. For larger groups or special setups, more notice is appreciated!
Yes! During your private event, the entire Kollective Kreations studio is exclusively yours — no other customers during your session.
For groups of 11 or more, we do custom quotes. Please contact us directly and we'll work something out for your big group!
2+ weeks before your event: deposit only forfeited. 1–2 weeks before: deposit + 50% of remaining balance. Less than 1 week: full amount charged.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your estimated total confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Guest count is locked 5 days before.
