Off-peak means Monday-Thursday any time, Friday before 5 pm, or Saturday/Sunday before noon or after 6 pm.
Every private event includes the full studio, dedicated staff, setup, cleanup, standard materials, and a starting craft budget for each guest.
Guests can choose higher-priced projects on the day, and we'll confirm the final balance at checkout.

We typically host private events for 5 or more guests, but smaller groups may still be possible. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll see what we can work out!
We require at least 7 days advance notice to properly prepare for your event. For larger groups or special setups, more notice is appreciated!
Yes! During your private event, the entire Kollective Kreations studio is exclusively yours. No other customers during your session.
For very large groups (think 20+), we do custom quotes. Please contact us directly and we'll work something out!
2+ weeks before your event: deposit only forfeited. 1-2 weeks before: deposit + 50% of remaining balance. Less than 1 week: full amount charged.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your starting estimate is due at booking to hold your date. The remaining balance, based on what your group makes on the day, is paid at the end of your event.
