Pricing
Pick a package. Everyone makes one thing. That's the price.
Same prices as our regular menu. No studio fee, no room fee, no surprise bill at the end. Guests don't all have to make the same thing: each one picks from the package list.
Per guest, before HST (13%). Minimum 6 guests. Every party is 2 hours: 1.5 hours of crafting, then time for cake and presents.

How Payment Works
- 1.25% deposit holds your date once we confirm it (non-refundable).
- 2.Your price is locked: guests × package. It only changes if a guest chooses an upgrade.
- 3.Remaining balance paid at the end of your event.

How It Works
Pick a Date
Choose a date on the calendar, tell us your group size, and send the request. Takes two minutes.
We Say Yes, You Pay the Deposit
Kezea or Alex checks the calendar and replies within 24-48 hours with a link to pay the 25% deposit online. Paying locks in your date.
Show Up & Create
The studio is yours! We set everything up. Just bring your crew and have an amazing time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does private event pricing work?+
Pick one of three packages: Mini $30, Classic $45 or Deluxe $55 per guest. Your price is guests × package, the same as our regular menu prices, with no studio or room fee. Mon-Thu parties are $5 off per guest. The only way the price goes up is if a guest chooses an upgrade on the day.
Does everyone have to make the same thing?+
Nope! You pick the package when you book, and on the day each guest chooses one item from that package's list. One friend can make a phone case while another makes a necklace. Want something from a bigger package? That guest just pays the difference.
What if my group is smaller than 6 people?+
Groups of 2-5 can book a regular session together through the booking page, no minimum, and craft side by side. Private events (the whole studio to yourselves) start at 6 guests.
How much notice do you need?+
At least 3 days. Weekday parties are often easy to fit in on short notice; weekends and large groups are best requested a week or two ahead.
Is the whole studio reserved just for us?+
Yes! During your private event, the entire Kollective Kreations studio is exclusively yours. No other customers during your session.
What if I have a very large group?+
For very large groups (think 20+), we do custom quotes. Please contact us directly and we'll work something out!
What is the cancellation policy?+
2+ weeks before your event: deposit only forfeited. 1-2 weeks before: deposit + 50% of remaining balance. Less than 1 week: full amount charged.
When is payment due?+
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of your price is due at booking to hold your date. The rest is paid at the end of your event. It is the price you were quoted unless a guest chose an upgrade.
