2. Our Services

Kollective Kreations is a kawaii decoden craft studio offering creative workshops and services where customers can design and create custom decorated items including phone cases, jewelry, accessories, and more.

Service Booking

  • • Bookings can be made through our online booking system or in-person at our studio
  • • All bookings are subject to availability
  • • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking
  • • Services are provided on the date and time specified in your booking confirmation

Duration and Items

  • • Service duration varies by package (typically 1-3 hours)
  • • Grand Opening special: 3-hour session with up to 3 items
  • • Additional time or items may be available at our discretion and subject to additional fees

3. User Accounts

To book services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

4. Payment Terms

  • • Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation
  • • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website
  • • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated
  • • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the original price
  • • Special discounts and promotions may have additional terms and conditions

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

  • • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled time
  • • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable
  • • You can cancel through your customer dashboard or by contacting us

Refunds

  • • All sales are final - we do not offer refunds or exchanges
  • • This policy applies to all bookings and services
  • • Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in extraordinary circumstances

No-Shows

  • • No-shows without prior notice will receive one warning
  • • A second no-show may result in being banned from future bookings
  • • No refunds are provided for no-shows

6. Studio Policies and Conduct

When visiting our studio, you agree to:

  • • Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
  • • Treat our staff, other customers, and studio property with respect
  • • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff
  • • Not engage in disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior
  • • Be responsible for children under your supervision
  • • Use materials and tools as instructed by our staff

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone who violates these policies without refund.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kollective Kreations or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Creations

You retain ownership of the items you create at our studio. However, by sharing photos of your creations with us or tagging us on social media, you grant us permission to:

  • • Use them for marketing and promotional purposes
  • • Feature them in our portfolio and gallery

We will credit you when possible. If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Kollective Kreations provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • • Personal injury or property damage occurring at our studio (except where caused by our negligence)
  • • Loss or damage to personal items brought to the studio
  • • Dissatisfaction with your final creation
  • • Technical issues with our website or booking system

Safety and Supervision

While we provide guidance and supervision, you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those in your care. Our services may involve small parts, adhesives, and tools that require careful handling.
