All sales are final.

Due to the custom and hands-on nature of our Kreations experience, we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Each piece is made with care, creativity, and intention — often something close to your heart. If you ever feel unsure about your final creation, please don't be discouraged 🤍 Kreations is about the process, the experience, and the joy of creating, not perfection.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable
• • No-shows without notice will receive one warning
• • A second no-show may result in being banned from future bookings

We appreciate your understanding as missed appointments directly impact our small business and our ability to accommodate other guests.

Private parties and events

A 25% deposit (HST included) holds your date and is non-refundable. It is applied to your balance on the day. If you need to cancel:

• • 2+ weeks before the event: the deposit is forfeited, nothing more is owed
• • 1 to 2 weeks before: the deposit plus 50% of the remaining party minimum
• • Less than 1 week before: the full party minimum

Guest counts are locked 5 days before the event. Need to move the date instead? Email us and we will do our best to find another one; a rescheduled party keeps its deposit.
