Questions before you request a date?
Can parents drop off and come back?+
For guests 12 and under we ask that at least one adult stays for the party. Teens can be dropped off. Parents who stay are welcome to hang out in the studio.
Can we bring a cake or food?+
Yes. Bring your own food, drinks, and cake; we add a $30 cleanup fee and take care of the mess. Please let us know about allergies in the request notes.
What age is this good for?+
Decoden and Jewelry Bar projects work well from about age 6 up, with a little help for the youngest guests. Charms and gems are small parts, so we keep an eye on younger kids at the table.
What does the birthday kid get?+
The whole studio for their group and a finished keepsake to take home. Tell us their favourite colours or theme and we will have those charms out and ready.
Can we add a dance class?+
Yes. Our sister dance studio is next door. Add a one hour group class after the crafting for a flat $150, any group size.
How many guests do we need for a private birthday party?+
Private events usually start at 5 guests. Smaller groups may still be possible, but it is best to contact the studio directly.
What do guests make?+
Guests can make decoden phone cases, accessories, Jewelry Bar pieces, bundles, or another project style confirmed with the team.
How does birthday party pricing work?+
Pick a package: Mini $30, Classic $45 or Deluxe $55 per guest. Your price is guests × package, the same as our regular menu prices, with no studio or room fee, and Mon-Thu is $5 off per guest. Each guest chooses one item from the package's list, so not everyone has to make the same thing. The price only goes up if a guest chooses an upgrade on the day.
How far ahead should I request a birthday party?+
The earlier the better, especially for weekends. The request form lets the team confirm availability and next steps.
